Ukrainian dark horse candidate for Pope?

One Eyed Cat, writing at Orange Revolution, a blog which is always worth checking out for great Ukrainian information and commentary, has some information about Ukrainian Catholic Cardinal Lyubomyr Husar, who may be a dark horse, long-shot candidate for the Papacy.
He is a Greek Rite Ukrainian Catholic, and by the looks of the photographs is a very pleasant fellow. You can read an interview with him at Orange Ukraine and also some biographical information.

Thanks for the kind words. It would be an amazing papacy if it did happen. I also read the Cardinal was interested in moving to Kyiv to become a Metropolitan if he does not become the next Pope.

very interesting, till today I didn't even know that Ukrainian Catholic Cardinals participate in the conclave ;-) He seems to be an interesting and inspiring personality, this would be really a very special person in the Vatican.
