N. Korea May Have Helped Iran Test Sea-Going Scud

In another ominous development, China Confidential reports that North Korea may be helping Iran test sea-going Scuds capable of carrying nuclear warheads, putting the U.S. and other distant targets within the range of its weapons. Be sure to read the whole report.
