The strange bedfellows charity road show

Well, the Bubba and Pappy roadshow is off and running again. Who is going to be letting whom sleep in the comfy bed this time?
What is it with these two? I'm totally disgusted with the way the Bushes are dragging Clinton's corpse around and revivifying it at every turn with jolts of publicity -- thereby also giving life to the Bride of Frankenstein -- the Hillzilla herself -- who in a typical act of gratitude is already calling for a new Kongressional Katrina Kommission -- KKK for short -- to round up all the usual suspects, pat themselves on the back, create more unwieldy bureaucracies and publish another useless 500 page tome which will be presumably used to beat terrorists into submission should they dare to attack a major American city.
Bush, Clinton Announce Hurricane Fund: "Former Presidents Bush and Clinton visited hundreds of hurricane victims in Houston's Astrodome and a nearby center Monday, sharing hugs, signing Bibles and listening to stories about the homes and lives that have been devastated."

Politics only apparently makes strange bedfellows.
The two old parties have been in bed with each other for decades now, with only the occasional maverick, such as Ron Paul, not joining in the mass orgy.
The Clintons and the Bushes get all the enjoyment, but we get ... uh, let's find a clean verb ... say, assaulted.
And we have to pay all the bills.
You've hit it, Michael -- not only do we get (ahem) -- but WE have to pay them for the privilege!
