More trouble in China

Finally, some important news that isn't about cartoons and insanity. Thomas Lifson over at The American Thinker introduces us to Brian Swartz's blog China Challenges, and his lead story today on Beijing's downplaying the social unrest sweeping China. Here is Thomas's short comment: "Somehow I must have missed the wave of riots which accompanied Japan’s period of rapid economic growth in the 1960s. Sure, there were demonstrations over political issues and student issues, but nothing comparable to the violent unrest roiling China."
