veritas on Slavery and Reparations

Every US slave holder is dead.

Every US slave is dead.

Virtually every American is of such mixed ancestry that his ancestral fractional slave holder/slave component is incalculable.
Virtually every ancestry was at one time or another slave or slave-holder, or both, further graying the matter.

Now: can some of us PLEASE get over our "victimhood" and proceed to get a life and become productive -- in the society you'd never have seen were it not for that lamented ancestral [note: ANCESTRAL! not CURRENT!] slavery?
