Mr. Yushchenko goes to Moscow

By Aussiegirl

Well, I guess he made up his mind. Trying to have it both ways, he's going to hurry home the same day to take part in Ukrainian activities in Kyiv commemorating the end of the war.

Ukrainian President to attend military parade in Moscow:

KIEV Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko will attend the military parade in Moscow in the morning of May 9, 2005, after which he will return to Kiev to take part in Victory Day celebrations there, the Ukrainian President's press service has reported to RBC.

So Yushchenko, after saying he wouldn't attend, will attend, or should that be sort-of-attend, since he will be returning home almost as soon as he arrives. Well, time passes, and just as with the Orange Revolution, where more and more of the behind-the-scenes behavior of the participants is coming to light, so we can expect to find out the details of why Yushchenko changed his mind.
